    Emergencies get a text straight away and a transfer to your mobile. Everything else arrives as a short summary.

Do I need a new number?

No. You keep your current number and forward unanswered or busy calls to the Farcall number.

Will callers know they’re talking to an AI?

Yes. Every call opens with a short notice that it’s an AI assistant and that calls may be recorded.

What about data?

Recordings and transcripts are personal data under UK GDPR. We sign a data processing agreement with every business and you can ask for your data to be deleted.

How much does it cost?

We agree a fixed monthly price with you in writing before anything goes live. Email me with your trade and area and I’ll come back with a quote.
